A: To offer an accurate quotation, please send us the wheel size, width, PCD, offset, center bore, design style, finish, quantity, and target vehicle model if available. If you are not sure about the specifications, our team can help check the fitment before production.

A: Our MOQ starts from 4 pieces for custom forged wheels. This is suitable for dealers, tuning shops, performance wheel brands, and small-batch custom projects.
Q5: Can I order samples before a bulk order?
A: Yes. Sample orders are welcome. Many customers start with 4 pieces to check the design, fitment, finish, and overall quality before placing a larger order.
Q6: How long does production take?
A: After the 3D drawing is confirmed, the production time for 1-piece forged wheels is usually around 14 working days. For 2-piece forged wheels, the lead time is usually around 20–25 working days. For bulk orders, the lead time is generally around 25–45 days, depending on quantity, structure, finish, and order schedule.
Q7: Can you provide 3D drawings before production?
A: Yes. For custom forged wheel orders, we provide a 3D drawing for confirmation before production. Production will start only after the customer confirms the drawing and specifications.
Q8: What materials do you use for forged wheels?
A: We mainly use T6061-T6 aluminum alloy for forged wheels. This material is widely used for high-performance forged wheels because of its strength, durability, and lightweight properties.
Q9: What warranty do you provide?
A: We provide warranty support for our forged wheels. The structural warranty is 5 years or 100,000 km under normal use. The surface finish warranty is 12 months, and electroplated finishes are covered for 6 months. Final warranty details may vary depending on product type, finish, and usage conditions.
Q10: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept T/T, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Other payment methods can be discussed according to the order and customer requirements.
Q11: Can you help with private label or brand packaging?
A: Yes. We can support logo customization, private label projects, and packaging customization for wheel brands, distributors, and dealers.
