RimPower is a forged wheel brand under DH Group, based in Nanjing, China. Since 2009, we have focused on manufacturing custom forged wheels, aluminum lug nuts, wheel adapters, and related wheel accessories for global customers, especially in North America, Europe, and Japan.
We specialize in one-piece, two-piece, and three-piece forged wheels made from T6061-T6 aluminum. Each wheel is produced through a controlled forging and machining process, including 10,000-ton forging press technology, heat treatment, precision CNC machining, surface finishing, and final inspection. Compared with traditional cast wheels, forged wheels offer better strength, lower weight, and improved durability for performance and luxury vehicles.
RimPower is equipped with more than 80 CNC machines and an experienced engineering team. We support flexible OEM and ODM wheel customization, including size, width, PCD, offset, center bore, spoke design, concavity, logo, and finish options. Our in-house finishing capability covers painting, polishing, brushing, and other custom surface treatments, helping us maintain better control over quality and delivery time.
For custom orders, we provide 3D drawings within 24–48 hours after confirming vehicle fitment and design requirements. Standard production lead time starts from around 15 working days, depending on wheel structure, finish complexity, and order quantity. Our monthly production capacity can reach up to 6,000 units, making us well prepared for both small-batch custom orders and bulk B2B production.
Although we also accept custom orders from individual buyers, RimPower mainly serves B2B clients, including wheel distributors, performance shops, tuning brands, and automotive accessory companies looking for reliable forged wheel manufacturing and OEM/ODM support.
Each order is carefully checked before shipment, including fitment confirmation, machining accuracy, surface finish, and basic quality inspection. Under normal use conditions, RimPower provides a 5-year / 100,000 km structural warranty, 12-month surface finish warranty, and 6-month warranty for chrome-plated finishes.
